摘要: 2013年10月，在法拉盛缅街和樱桃街交界口，曾发生一起恶性交通事故。年仅3岁的华裔女童Allison Liao在与祖母过马路时，惨遭一印度裔司机碾压后，送医不治身亡。痛失幼女让廖姓一家人悲痛欲绝，而肇事司机虽当日饮酒 … 如今车祸发生已过一年，11月6号，车辆管理局又将车祸中肇事司机的两张罚单撤销。Allison Liao的家人还没有从丧失幼女的阴影中走出，接到这条消息后，父亲Liao Hsi Pei在脸书上发表了自己的不满与愤怒。 Liao一家的代理律师表示，之前对于车祸的报道显示，事发当时，女童Allision是挣脱了祖母的手，独自走在马路上，而肇事司机正在左转弯，女童正好在司机的视线盲区，才未被察觉，导致惨案发生。而且昨天庭审时，肇事司机又一次重申Allison是突然冲到了他的车旁边。 但是律师提供的一段行车视频却否定了这一结论。在这段视频中可以看到，在事故发生前，祖孙两人当时手牵手走在斑马线上，这时肇事司机在左转时首先撞到了祖母，然后汽车前轮从Allison身上碾过后，后轮又从她的头部碾压过去。可见事故现场并非像报告所说的女童是擅自走到肇事车旁边。 目前Liao家人正准备向肇事司机提起讼诉，并希望车辆管理局召开关于肇事司机的听证会。从今天起，纽约将开始全面实施25英里每小时的限速令。如果每个人都能放慢速度，遵守交通，Allision的悲剧可能不会再上演。 Click here for the full report.
