Streetsfilms captured heart-wrenching statements by Amy Tam Liao and Hsi-Pei Liao, demanding safer streets in the wake of their daughter’s death under the wheel of a negligent driver. The Liao family chose Steve Vaccaro to represent them.
The Three Children Too Many Traffic Safety March took place in Jackson Heights on Nov 12th, 2013. The parents of 3 year old Allison Liao, who was killed while using a crosswalk with her grandmother, spoke to the crowd about their daughter and in a brave, emotional and intelligent speech that all drivers, parents and residents of every city in the world should view.
